Is there a free trial?+
Yes — all plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can connect your review platforms, test the AI replies, and see the full dashboard before committing. After 14 days, you'll be prompted to choose a plan or your account pauses (no charges, no deletions).
How does multi-location billing work?+
Starter and Growth plans are priced per location per month. If you have 5 locations on the Growth plan, that's $99 × 5 = $495/month, all on one invoice with one dashboard. Enterprise customers get custom volume pricing — contact us if you have 10+ locations.
Which review platforms are supported?+
We currently support Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and BBB. We're actively adding more platforms — Trustpilot, Angi, Houzz, and Zocdoc are on the roadmap. Enterprise customers can also request custom platform integrations.
Can I review and approve AI-generated replies before they're sent?+
Yes — and it's fast. When a new review comes in, MyReviewsDesk sends you the AI-drafted response. You read it, approve it (or make a quick edit), and it posts live to Google. The whole process takes about 30 seconds. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
